A Nine-Year-Old Girl, a 40-Pound Cabbage, and the End of Hunger in America – (

Katie Stagliano started a charity garden called Katie’s Krops with the goal of ending hunger. Her charity has been such a success that they now have 100 gardens in 32 states. Her goal is 500 gardens in all 50 states.

Katie noted that her father had always taught her not to waste food because there were people who went to bed hungry every night and had to rely on soup kitchens for their only meal of the day. Therefore, she decided to donate her cabbage to a local soup kitchen run by Tri County Family Ministries. But she didn’t just drop it off, end of story. Instead, the soup kitchen’s director asked her to come back and help serve the cabbage. Katie said, “I wasn’t sure what to expect. But when I got there, I was so surprised at how many people were there in line. The faces looked like families just like mine. It was surprising to me, how you never know who the faces of hunger may be. It may be your friends, or your neighbors, or someone you see at school every day, who’d just fallen on hard times…I ended up helping to feed 275 people. And after seeing all their faces, I thought, ‘If one cabbage can help to feed 275 people, imagine how many people an entire garden could help feed!’”

Teen Is ‘Legally Dead’ For 20 Minutes, Then Suddenly Wakes Up And Tells Mom He Met Jesus – (

For 20 minutes, Zack had no pulse and was “legally” dead. But then something happened that many people still cannot medically or scientifically explain. Zack’s pulse suddenly returned to normal and he was revived. Three days later, he awoke at Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas with no lasting effects from his terrifying ordeal. As if that wasn’t unbelievable enough, it’s what the teenager said when he woke up three days later at the hospital that made his story to go viral.

12-Year-Old Boy Learns To Sew To Make Over 800 Stuffed Animals For Sick Children – (

While most children have their faces buried in devices, Campbell Remess taught himself how to sew and has created about 800 original teddy bears, which he hands out to sick children in the hospital. Not only is he the most thoughtful little boy in the world, he is articulate and charming. He carries himself like an adult! His parents should be so proud.

Campbell Remess is a boy like no other, he is kind, talented, and to add to it a heart of gold! He’s a 12-year-old boy who dedicates most if not all of his free time to making stuffed animals for sick children at his local hospital. So far, Remess has dubbed this “Project 365” and so far he’s made over 800 stuffed animals! Who taught this amazing boy? Well, none other than himself!

So far, this little guy has made over 450 stuffed animals for sick children in just 2016! If any of you want to help this little guy with donations for fabric and sewing materials please follow the link shown.
