St. James Coffee House gives people a chance to chat, learn, relax, and even to spend some quality time with ChristSt. James Coffee House in Rochester, Minnesota, is playing its part in the New Evangelization. Founded to “provide a welcoming space for non-Catholics and non-practicing Catholics to come to know Christ and His Church, and to provide a forum for Catholics to find fellowship and catechesis, ” it serves quality, fair-trade, organic beans from European Roasterie coffee in Le Center, MN. It also carries teas obtained through partnerships with like-minded nonprofits such as Compassion Tea. St. James hopes to build community and help people discover truth, while providing quality products that inspire quality conversations. Not only is it one of the only distinctly Catholic coffee houses in North America, it features an adoration chapel for patrons to visit and pray. This video was produced to spread the mission of St. James Coffee House in anticipation of an annual fundraising event to support its survival and growth.
