Celebrate St. Cecilia with these modern Catholic musicians

Truth, beauty, and goodness lead the soul to God, and one of the most popular ways to experience great beauty is through music. Making heavenly music is a gift to the world and a deeply meaningful act. "He who sings prays twice,” after all. 

Perhaps that’s why we can’t get enough of listening to Catholic musicians. Luckily, it turns out there are quite a few of them! 

What better day to listen to Catholic artists than on the feast of St. Cecilia, the patron saint of music? Celebrate today’s feast by enjoying the great work of these talented Catholic musicians currently making music.

Ike Ndolo has a great zeal for missionary work and serves as adjunct worship leader at Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Tempe, Arizona.

Sarah Kroger is a Catholic worship leader and songwriter.
