Sara Carbonero is known in the Spanish-speaking world as a sports reporter and TV host, as well as for her involvement in fashion. She’s also a cancer survivor, and on February 3 this year, she used the occasion of her birthday to share a meaningful message. Her words are an encouragement for many people, especially people who are fighting cancer.

At 38 years old, Sara has two sons, Martin and Lucas, who are now 7 and 5 years-old. In 2019, doctors diagnosed her with ovarian cancer. She had to undergo surgery and received chemotherapy. Thousands of people were attentively following her situation. Many people prayed for her. There was an abundance of good will and of affection that was greater than the "haters" and the envy that celebrities often inspire.
