Terry Crews is best known as an actor, director, author and former American football player, but he’s also a man with a mission to help people, especially those who find themselves mired in the darkness of pornography.
In this short video he filmed for his Facebook followers, Crews talks about coming to the realization that he was addicted to porn and the decision he made to enter rehab to overcome it. He says pornography changes the way you think about people, turning them into objects rather than people to be loved. He encourages anyone who has a problem with porn to tell someone about it, which is the first step to breaking free from it.
