Highlights from a recent panel discussion hosted by Aid to the Church In Need
Religious freedom has deteriorated in many parts of the world and there are more Christian martyrs today than in the early days of the Church. People of every faith—Christians, in particular—are persecuted and killed for their beliefs every day.
Recently, with support of the Permanent Observer of the Holy See to the United Nations in Geneva, Caritas Internationalis, and the Forum of Catholic-Inspired NGO’s, Aid to the Church In Need presented a panel discussion at the Club Suisse de la Presse in Geneva about the status of religious freedom in the world today. Here are the highlights.
This video report was filmed and edited by Christian Peschken. Interviews by Gilles Emmanuel Jacquet, Produced by Patricia and Christian Peschken (Pax Press Agency, Geneva.)
