The sixth and last Humanum film about marriage, family, and society.According to the World Values Survey in 2013, over 90% of the citizens interviewed in every kind of society— rich, middle-income, poor, Western, Eastern, etc. — said the most import thing in life is the family. In this last installment of the Humanum film series, we hear about the Chinese and Nigerian understanding of the family and the story of a pro-marriage and family movement in France largely made up of younger generations. As Saint John Paul II wrote, "The destiny of humanity passes through the family." A village is the family’s family and the state can provide structures that allow marriage and family life to flourish. (To view all six of the Humanum films, visit the Humanum You Tube channel.)
