Although there is no English commentary for this video, the performance overcomes language barriers—it's an extraordinary demonstration of talent, skill, and athleticism from the closing of the 2014 Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing, China, an elite sporting event for young people from around the world. These Games differ from other youth sports events, as the event integrates a unique Culture and Education Programme (CEP) based around five main themes: being an Olympian, social responsibility, skills development, expression and well-being and healthy lifestyles. The sports program is based on that of the Olympic Games, with 28 sports featured on the summer program and seven on the winter program.
