Child refugees share their happiest memories and dreams, #OneDay

This World Refugee Day, which takes place on June 20, 2017, is a day to raise awareness about both the plight of refugees around the world, and those who have been resettled successfully. According to to the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, we are experiencing the largest refugee crisis since World War II with over 65 million refugees, forcibly displaced from their homes.

This video features children from Homs, Syria. As they reflect on their happiest memories of home, they maintain the hope that #OneDay they will return.
