Finding it hard giving up a favorite treat? Here's a little help!

This year, choosing to abstain from a favorite sweet treat or drink seems doubly hard. But while it seems we have given up so much in our normal lives during these COVID times, you might still have decided to get into the spirit of Lent by giving up something special to you.

As we enter into the second week of Lent, you might be finding it tricky to resist the urge of succumbing to that treat you decided to give up for 40 long days. So to help give you a little encouragement, here are a few handy tips to maintain your commitment and show those temptations who’s boss!
