We turn our hearts to Our Lady, praying today for all those infected with coronavirus, and all the sick.

Day 3 of the Rosary Marathon brings us to a much-loved shrine to Our Lady, Czestochowa in Poland.

The Polish people recognize the Virgin Mary not only as the queen of their hearts, but truly the queen of their nation.

Our Lady of Czestochowa “was crowned Queen and Protector of Poland by King John II Casimir in 1652 [followed by a] canonical coronation … by Clement XI on Sept. 8, 1717.”
