Spiritual bonus
On this day, we also remember the Prophet Elisha. The disciple and protégé of the Prophet Elijah, Elisha took up the mantle of Elijah and he became the great prophet of the people of Israel. The stories of Elisha are recounted in the Books of Kings.
Prayer
Hear us, God our Savior, that, as we rejoice in commemorating the Virgin blessed Francisca, we may be instructed by her loving devotion. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
