Tired of the same old recipes? In honor of St. Lawrence, find ideas and inspiration in these great listens.

Did you know St. Lawrence is the patron saint of cooks? Famously, when he was sentenced to die by burning on a gridiron, he boldly quipped to his executioners, "Turn me over, I'm done on this side."

His feast day is August 10, so in his honor, let's celebrate all the home cooks who work hard every day to put together meals for their loved ones. While we may not have St. Lawrence's courage and wit, we can all try to imitate his great love while we work in the kitchen.

Good food shared with people we love will always be one of the greatest gifts in life. If you're the cook in your family, you know it helps to find new recipes and fresh ideas. When you've grown weary of your usual meal rotation, or just want to improve your kitchen game, check out these informative podcasts.
