St. Raphael the Archangel is known in the Catholic Church as a patron saint for travelers, and a patron saint of healing. Many turn to him in prayer, invoking St. Raphael as a patron of happy meetings.

This is based on his biblical appearance in the book of Tobit and the events that transpire in this book. The name Raphael in Hebrew can be rendered as “God heals,” “Divine Healer,” or “Remedy of God.”

Here is a traditional prayer to St. Raphael for those "happy meetings."
