In the Super Bowl, as with many championship events, the teams get a lot of behind-the-scenes support we're often unaware of. Whether it be the love and commitment from family members, or advice and motivation from the team's coaching staff and fans, the championship definitely belongs to an extended team.

And this is just the case for the new Super Bowl Champions, the Kansas City Chiefs.

Recently the Knights of Columbus shared a Facebook post that introduces us to the Chiefs' chaplain, Father Richard Rocha, and a video that he made with the Knights in which he discusses his role as a priest for a now-championship winning football team.

In the video Fr. Rocha "shared his experience as a former football coach, how he discerned a call to the priesthood and the ways he supports athletes’ spiritual lives as a 'coach on God’s team,'" explained the Knights.

The fascinating video, which is only 6 minutes long, is definitely worth the watch: not only for shining a light on the vital role a sport's chaplain plays in a team, but also for a little insight into how the team actually operates. And for Kansas City Chiefs fans, it's especially a real treat!
