When the whole world is in turmoil, frequently turn to this Bible verse.

The Bible is full of inspiring verses, many of them revolving around interior peace. Anxiety often prevents us from maintaining that peace, and we typically don’t know what to do.

The giver of all peace is God, and so it is fitting that we should turn to him for consolation.

Here is a single verse that we should recite frequently, lettings its truth sink into our soul, reassuring us that God can give us the peace we desire.

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give it to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled or afraid. (John 14:27)
