Weddings in recent years have become quite complicated celebrations. In fact, to pull off the perfect “Big Day” it seems that couples have to organize things with military precision. However, when bride Aline Nas got married, her perfect day involved one thing: her parents.
Nas’ parents live in Brazil and had issues getting their visas to arrive on time for their daughter’s wedding in Florida. However, unbeknownst to Nas, the visas did come through at the last minute, and with a little help from her groom Ryan Tickle, the parents kept the news from their daughter to surprise her on her big day.
On the day of the marriage, Nas was ready in her wedding dress walking with her husband-to-be when she caught sight of her parents and quite literally fell to her knees, as captured in a video at USA Today.
While her reaction is the perfect blend of joy, surprise, and relief, the groom’s emotional reaction is also one that bodes well for the couple. The video is a sweet reminder of the love between parents and children, and how much it matters to be surrounded by those you love on your wedding day.
