But it's important to make the most of the beautiful weather, and also of time with your kids while they're still young. So here's a little help to make this summer as bright and rewarding as can be.

Go continental

Here we have a list of ideas inspired by the Parisians. In fact summer is the most important time of year for our Gallic brothers and sisters. They often take a month off work to fully appreciate the season, and spend time with family and friends. A lot of the time the French travel around their country, as it has so much to offer. But one thing is certain, even if they're stuck at home, they'll certainly be making the most of summer.

Keep teens busy

Celebrate summer!

Summer nights are long for a reason. They call for relaxing evenings with friends and family. They also call for a perfect sangria! If you're not a cocktail aficionado don't fret, here's a list of great recipes to bring a little pizazz to your summer days.

Don't forget those summer manners

For some reason as soon as the sun is out, certain social etiquette falls by the wayside. And it's such a shame as this is the time of year that we often interact with others more than usual. So to keep things pain sailing indoors and out, don't forget to give your kids this little bit of advice.

Lean on summer saints

As usual, when summer seems a drag, there's an army of holy men and women at your disposal to give you a little support. This collection of saints is perfect for all the little issues associated with the season, and will hopefully be the answer to all your problems.
